Solution Consultant

 

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Gain a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements.
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
  • Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using ANTS’s products, services, and other connected technologies
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations with our solutions tailored to their company and industry needs
  • Effectively utilize resources and coordinate with parties to ensure that client's satisfaction is fulfilled.
  • Visualize solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demo.
  • Making accurate project structure and providing sales and customers with convincing presentation.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement with clients, vendors, and closing deals together with sales team.
  • Manage the project with all parties from proposal throughout, delivery and till solution go-live.
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
  • Working closely with Sales and Internal team to ensure the successful closure of the entire process
  • Liaising with Product and Innovation team to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  • Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep
  • Recommend new features and improvements to optimize opportunities, and increase usage of the platform
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
  • Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business
  • Adhere to and promote best practices, design the guidelines for sales, pre-sales, and innovation procedures
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services to improve and enhance opportunities in niche markets.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, management, or related field
  • At least 3 - 5 years' experience in AE, Business Consultant, Project Management, or relevant role
  • Passionate in StartUp, B2B2C, Marketing Technology environment
  • Required active listening, adaptability, problem-solving, prioritization, commitment, persistent attitude
  • Ability to research, analyze, design, and deliver presentations
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency with business and data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven experience with sales experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful digital solutions
  • Practical experience generating process improvement, documentation, and reports
  • Experience with business process development techniques, organize and prioritize critical projects
  • Experience with MarTech platform, CRM software (i.e., Salesforce), or various technology platforms
  • Experience with Digital Marketing, social media, LINE, Data visualization, UX design is a plus
  • Willingness to work closely with various business units
